This newly-renovated five bedroom house in Montauk is available to rent. The house is perfect for families and groups who wish to relax and entertain friends by a pool.
The pool and landscaped backyard provide the perfect private entertainment area. The pool sits alongside a hot tub situated within an exposed sunroom.
The house is decorated in a relax beach house style, and is equipped with Sonos speakers. There is a record player in the living room that comes with an extensive and quality record collection. The TV room has Sonos speakers, flat screen tv, apple tv, and a playstation 4.
There is a full kitchen with new Kitchen Aid stove and modern appliances. A four-burner bbq and beer and wine frig is situated outside.
The house has five bedroom. There is a master bedroom upstairs with ensuite bath; a 2nd master downstairs with ensuite bath; and three other bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a "queen and twin" bunk bed. All bedrooms (except one) have walk-in closets.
There are three full bathrooms, (inc. the two ensuite bathrooms) and one half bathroom downstairs. There is also an outdoor shower.
4 bicycles come with the house, as well as a beginners surf board. For an extra fee renters can make use of a 7-seat Nissan Pathfinder with beach parking rights.
The house has a double garage, and above the garage is another space with couches and home theatre set-up.

Summary: The house was perfect in every way for our family vacation. It had all the amenities for a family of four ages 25-57 and younger cousin with toddler aged children. Highly recommend this property centrally located in Montauk. The host, Jaimie was responsive. The entire booking process was seamless.

Summary: Clean. Bigger than it looks in pictures. Fully stocked kitchen. Host was so great. Communication was wonderful. The neighborhood is so quiet. Firepit, bbq and back yard was so great with the cold weather. Plenty of towels. Hot tub was perfect. No complaints at all. Great property.

Summary: Nice house, spacious upstairs and down, and lovely patio and backyard. Glad we could come here during the football season again. Great TV and comfy living room to watch. Not to mention the excellent record collection. Hope to be back again one day!

Summary: I have to say, I really felt at home here. Jamie and Clio were super responsive and helpful with any questions. Clio gets 10 stars for helping me navigate and offering places to see and eat. I am definitely returning and would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy quiet time as a couple or with family. Will be a great memory.

Summary: This house was perfect for our needs in all ways; location, size, amenities, pool, etc. Even as a bunch off adults we enjoyed the pool with slide, hot tub and outdoor kitchen immensely (also helped that we had near perfect weather all week). It’s centrally located so it was a short drive to town/beach, Gosmans dock and Montauk Downs. Yiu also have the choice of bike riding or even walking if you want! And, to top it all off the Owner, James, was extremely pleasant to deal with and willing to answer questions when asked. We are now hoping to be able to get the family together again in Montauk sooner rather than later and rent this house.
